How easy is it to use the 64GB memory card?
The 64GB memory card is already pre-installed and ready to use. Simply insert it and you can start recording straight away. It offers enough storage space for many hours of HD video material
Where should I best place the nesting box?
The nest box should be hung in a quiet, sheltered place in your garden, ideally at a height of 2 to 4 meters and in a direction that protects it from strong winds and direct sunlight. For more detailed tips on optimal placement, we have written a blog post to help you find the perfect location.
What to do if the camera is not charging despite the solar panel being connected?
Check the connection between the camera and the solar panel.
Check the indicator light on the solar panel.
In fall and winter, it is recommended to charge the solar panel completely with the supplied USB cable before use.
The solar panel has been designed so that the batteries in the solar panel must first be charged and then, when a certain amount of energy is stored, it is released to charge the camera. So that the solar panel works well even without sunlight.

How do I know if the solar panel is working correctly?
The solar panel has an indicator light:
- Red light: Solar panel batteries are charging.
