Information on the disposal of electrical and electronic devices

This note is aimed at private households that use electrical and electronic devices. Please note the following information on the environmentally friendly disposal of your old devices and to protect your personal data.

1. Separation and disposal of electrical and electronics devices

Old devices must not be disposed of by household waste. You are legally obliged to collect these devices separately and to dispose of local collection points or withdrawal systems. This ensures that environmentally friendly disposal and recycling are carried out properly.

If old devices contain batteries, batteries or lamps that can be removed without any problems, they must be disposed of separately before the device is disposed of.

The symbol of a crossed -out garbage can on the devices indicates that they do not belong in household waste and have to be supplied with a separate collection.
